Why Creations Dental?
Patients have relied upon Dental Dimensions for dental care for more than a quarter of a century, and Creations Dental is honored to continue this legacy. A San Jose native, Dr. Nehal Shah was excited to take over as the new owner of Dental Dimensions due to its high-standing clinical reputation and the relationships the practice developed with local families over the last 25+ years.

Dr. Nehal Shah
Dentist/Owner: Dr. Dr. Shah is committed to serving the San Jose area. Establishing a practice in the city of his youth has been a highly significant full-circle moment for him, and he is proud to care for the community that shaped him.
Dr. Shah attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. As a general dentist, he treats a wide variety of conditions and procedures, including cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and orthodontics.
Dr. Shah is excited to use the combination of his technical training and artistic eye to help patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.
